Meet Jazzmin Pitts

Jazzmin Pitts is an attachment-focused leadership strategist and speaker who helps organizations and community leaders strengthen emotional safety, rebuild trust, and improve engagement within youth-serving systems through her signature approach, From Default to Decisive Leadership. She partners with funders and leadership teams to move beyond reactive patterns and lead with clarity, self-trust, and intentional decision-making—creating more consistent and impactful outcomes.

With a background in behavioral health and direct experience in workforce development and diversion programs, Jazzmin brings practical, real-world insight to leadership development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

She is the author of Healing Your Hidden Child: From Guarded to Grounded, a guide to understanding how early attachment patterns shape identity, relationships, and leadership.
